Q: Are hat-wigs/cap-wigs suitable for beginners?
A: Absolutely! They are the ultimate beginner-friendly choice.

✨ Zero Skills Needed: No glue, no tape, no cutting lace. Put it on, adjust, and go!
🏃‍♀️ Perfect For: Bad hair days and effortless daily styling.

Q: Can I use heat tools, dye, or bleach my wig?
A: Our Instant Air-Sleek Series products can be carefully heated, but none of our products can be dyed or bleached. Please refer to the descriptions of individual products for specific information.

🌡️ For items marked as ‘Can Be Heated’: 210°F – 250°F (100°C – 120°C) on the lowest setting. Higher temperatures may melt the fibers and cause burns.
🚫 Dyeing & Bleaching: Strictly NO.

Q: How do I wash and care for my hat-wig/cap-wig?
A: Always detangle with a wide-tooth comb before washing!

Detachable Styles: Remove hair. Hand-wash the hat separately. Wash hair gently in cold water with wig shampoo. Air dry flat.
Non-Detachable Styles (Zone Cleaning):
🪮 Step 1: Comb hair from ends to roots.
🧽 Step 2: Spot-clean the hat (especially the sweatband) with a damp, soapy cloth.
💧 Step 3: Submerge only the hair in cool water with wig shampoo. Stroke gently downwards.
💨 Step 4: Pat dry with a towel. Air dry on a round support.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Delivery includes processing and shipping:
