At One-Second Wig, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every product. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the protection of all our customers, we maintain a strict hygiene and return policy.

The 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return period. You have 14 days from the date your package was marked as “Delivered” to request a return. Beyond this 14-day window, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your Capwig must be in its original, pristine condition. This means:

Original Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied a refund and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Scent-Free: The item must be free of any odors, including perfume, smoke, or hair products.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be authorized via email before return. To start the process, please email us at [care@secondwig.com] with the following information:

•Order Number
•Reason for return
•Clear photos of the item’s current condition (including tags and packaging).

Return Shipping Costs

•Personal Preference: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., “I don’t like it,” “Changed my mind,” or “Wrong color choice”), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty Items: If the return is due to our error or a proven defect (as reported within 48 hours), One-Second Wig will cover the return shipping costs.

Note: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. One-Second Wig is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
